Job Summary: We are hiring a responsible and proactive Safety Supervisor for our Construction Site to ensure compliance with safety standards, prevent workplace incidents, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily safety inspections at the construction site Ensure proper use of PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Safety Jacket, Gloves, etc.) by all workers Conduct Safety Induction and Toolbox Talks for employees and contractors Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions Prepare and maintain accident and incident reports Maintain safety records, checklists, and documentation Ensure compliance with Work Permit systems and safety procedures Support emergency response and evacuation activities Educate workers and contractors on safety rules and site requirements Submit daily/weekly safety reports to management Monitor fire safety measures and housekeeping standards Requirements: Diploma / Graduate (Preferred) Safety Certification: ADIS / Fire & Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH (Preferred) Experience: 1–3 Years (Construction industry preferred) Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Reporting) Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills: Risk Assessment Safety Monitoring Incident Reporting Team Coordination Documentation & Reporting Problem Solving
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
