Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in business global planning and forecasting process for ISC including the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Short Range Outlook by coordinating with business and ISC Finance leads
- Support in-depth financial, trending analysis, and variances for the GBE/SBGs ISC metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to meet the SBG’s goals of cost efficiency, productivity and working capital improvement
- Responsible for driving annual standard costing activity for the business
- Partner with GBE ISC leads and ISC Finance leads to analyze results and drive analytical insights and solutioning
- Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers and analyze performance with improvement recommendations
- Identify areas for Standardization, design / strategize a plan and deploy by working with the Business leadership
Education and Certifications
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Master’s Degree in Finance, or Business Administration
Required Experience 6+ years of overall finance experience
