IRPS is a leading higher education and academic support organization that assists students and working professionals with admissions and academic guidance for PhD, DBA, DLitt, WILP, Credit Transfer Programs, and other higher education initiatives through collaborations with recognized universities across India.
We are looking for a Senior Admission Officer with 3–4 years of proven experience in EdTech, Higher Education Admissions, University Program Sales, or Academic Counselling.
The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and conversion skills, experience in handling admission targets, and the ability to guide prospective students towards suitable academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and manage admissions.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and admission documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / (Master's preferred).
Location: Calicut
Industry: EdTech / Higher Education Admissions
- 3–4 years of EdTech/University Admission experience (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- CRM knowledge and target-driven approach.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
