Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Business Operations
We are building five ambitious brands and are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive business growth, create market opportunities, and support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard malls,distributors, retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other business partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Work closely with the founders on business planning and growth strategies.
- Manage daily sales reports, CRM, and business performance tracking.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and market development.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience launching or scaling consumer brands.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Business operations and project management experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
