- Supervise and coordinate daily loading activities and loading staff.
- Plan loading operations according to dispatch schedules and vehicle availability.
- Ensure goods are loaded accurately as per invoices, delivery orders, and loading instructions.
- Check quantities, product condition, packaging, and vehicle suitability before loading.
- Ensure proper stacking, weight distribution, and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
- Allocate work to loaders and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Maintain loading records, dispatch documents, checklists, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transport, and security teams.
- Ensure trucks are loaded and dispatched within the scheduled time.
- Follow company policies and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly loaded goods.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness in the loading area.
- Train and guide loading staff on safe handling and loading procedures.
- Resolve loading-related issues and report major problems to management.
- Conduct regular checks to minimize product damage, loading errors, and delays
Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma
Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
