About the Role
Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in manufacturing or jewellery industry accounting, and proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain records required under statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Vendor & Customer Accounting
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Resolve discrepancies related to payments and accounting records.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer account reconciliations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Support management with financial data and business insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Gold, Diamond, Jewellery Manufacturing, or Retail Industry preferred.
- Exposure to inventory accounting and manufacturing accounting will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling audits and statutory compliances.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
