About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Structural Engineer to join a UK-based engineering company specializing in timber structures. This is a client-facing role offering exposure to international projects and UK engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the design and analysis of timber structures.
· Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project requirements.
· Support project delivery while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
· Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
· Minimum 1 year of structural engineering experience.
· Knowledge of timber structures is preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable interacting with clients and project teams.
· Proficiency in structural design software and MS Office is an advantage.
