Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and backend support activities.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, schedules, and fee structures.
- Maintain student records, databases, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding class schedules and student requirements.
- Prepare reports, maintain attendance records, and manage office files.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
- Support marketing and promotional activities whenever required.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors and enquiries.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel, and WhatsApp).
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer service orientation and professional behaviour.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in administration, telecalling, counselling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
- Female and male candidates can apply.
Salary
- Salary: based on the experience, and performance.
- Performance incentives may be offered based on admissions and lead conversions.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
