Hiring: Shift Engineer – Machine Maintenance
Location: Hosur, Bangalore
We are hiring experienced Shift Engineers – Machine Maintenance for a leading automotive/manufacturing environment. If you have strong expertise in industrial maintenance, automation systems, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, hydraulics, and robotics, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Breakdown maintenance with minimum downtime
- Preventive & predictive maintenance of production machinery
- Troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), VFDs & automation systems
- Maintenance of conveyors, EMS conveyors, Motrain systems, hydraulic presses, electric hoists & robotic systems
- Fault diagnosis in motors, sensors, relays & control panels
- Coordination with production teams during maintenance activities
- Ensuring machine reliability, safety compliance & operational efficiency
Eligibility
- Diploma (Electrical) / BE (EEE) / B.Tech (Electrical)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive/manufacturing machine maintenance
- Hands-on experience in PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic systems & robotics preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
