Role Summary: The Official Correspondence Officer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing all formal communications with government departments, regulatory authorities, clients, vendors, legal representatives, and other external stakeholders. The candidate must be able to prepare professional letters, applications, notices, replies, representations, and official documents based on instructions provided by management. Key Responsibilities: Draft letters, applications, representations, notices, and replies to government departments and private organizations. Prepare responses to legal, administrative, and regulatory communications. Coordinate with management to understand requirements and convert them into professionally written correspondence. Maintain records of outgoing and incoming communications. Follow up with government offices and external parties regarding submitted documents. Ensure all correspondence complies with applicable regulations and company policies. Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and official documentation. Manage document filing and correspondence tracking systems.
Pay: ₹14,002.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
