Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our MIS & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in data analytics within a FinTech, NBFC, or Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to convert large volumes of data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced reporting methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Asset Reconstruction Company (preferred).
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, data validation, and data management.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and other analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Advanced), Power Query, or similar BI platforms.
- Familiarity with databases, data warehousing concepts, and reporting frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
