Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
Experience: 1-4 years in QSR, bakery, canteen, or food retail preferred
Customer Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service and support daily food retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heat/reheat food items as per SOP and serve customers efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, and assist with menu-related queries.
- Handle billing, cash collection, and POS operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and service area.
- Follow FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards.
- Check food temperatures and expiry dates regularly.
- Restock display counters and ensure FIFO stock management.
- Support opening and closing activities and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- BHM qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in QSR, bakery, canteen, or food retail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location: HSR Layout/Koramangala, Bangalore (Candidates should be open to working anywhere in Bangalore based on business requirements).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
