We are a modern financial services and corporate consultancy firm. As an Authorized Person (AP) partner for Angel One, we provide top-tier stock broking, investment, and wealth management solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a high-energy professional to take complete operational charge of our Angel One sub-broking vertical.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Vertical Lead to manage and scale our sub-broking division. Your primary mission will be to maximize revenue by keeping our existing clients highly active on the trading platform, keeping our network of sub-agents/remisers deeply engaged, and driving new client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Activation: Track client trading activity and implement proactive engagement strategies (sharing daily market updates, calls, resolving queries) to keep accounts active.
Agent Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for our sub-agents and partners. Keep them motivated, aligned with business targets, and supported to bring in regular business.
New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retail clients for equity, derivatives (F&O), commodities, and mutual fund investments.
Revenue Generation: Meet monthly business goals by increasing overall trading volumes and maximizing brokerage revenue.
Operations: Oversee client onboarding, KYC, and ensure seamless coordination with Angel One's main systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the Indian stock market space (Retail Broking, Wealth Management, Sub-broking, or Banking/Financial product sales).
Knowledge: Sound understanding of stock market operations, trading applications, and basic financial concepts. Familiarity with Angel One's ecosystem is a big advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive relationship-building skills, and a target-oriented sales approach.
Certifications: NISM certifications (e.g., Series VIII Equity Derivatives) are a strong plus but not mandatory if you have strong practical experience.
Language: Fluent in Hindi with comfortable professional communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience).
Commission: 5% direct revenue share on the vertical's total brokerage/revenue generated (uncapped earning potential).
Work Environment: A highly professional, modern, and growth-oriented corporate office setting.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
