Thapas Energy is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive (B2C) to promote and sell residential solar solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in meeting customers, and capable of generating and closing leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify residential solar leads.
- Meet customers at their homes and explain solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and prepare customer proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development (solar industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Kollam and nearby areas.
Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
