Job Overview
Sisco Energy Private Limited is hiring an experienced Rigger to support lifting and material handling operations in our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in safe rigging practices, lifting heavy equipment, and working with cranes in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading materials.
- Inspect slings, wire ropes, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories before use.
- Assist crane operators during lifting operations using standard hand signals.
- Ensure loads are secured and lifted safely according to approved lifting procedures.
- Follow all company safety rules and use the required PPE.
- Report damaged lifting equipment or unsafe working conditions.
- Maintain good housekeeping at the worksite.
- Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete lifting activities safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rigger in an industrial, construction, fabrication, or maintenance environment.
- Rigging Course Completion Certificate is Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging tools, and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to understand and use standard crane hand signals.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and at heights when required.
Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (Preferred)
- Rigging Course Completion Certificate (Mandatory)
Pay: ₹1,000.00 per day
