We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly active and punctual, and have a strong ability to generate leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr. You will be responsible for client outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients via messages, calls, or video meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose the best solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain records of leads, contacts, and conversion reports using CRM or company tools.
- Stay active, punctual, and committed to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
