Job Description: As a Pharma Brand Manager at Naxpar Health Concepts, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Derma/Cosmetic portfolio. You will be responsible for building and managing brand awareness, driving revenue growth, liaison with multiple teams, train the sales force and ensure execution of planned activities. Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and target audience segmentation.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Management: Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand growth, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and promotional events.
3. Product Launch: Lead product launch initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, and use insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
5. Budget Management: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Head to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve brand objectives.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand strategies.
7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, sales data, and market share to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/brand management
· Experience in dermatology or cosmetic segment is preferred
· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
