Job Title: Store Officer - RM & PM
Location: Jarod - Savli road, Vadodara
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Officer to handle day-to-day Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) operations at our pharmaceutical formulation plant. In this role, you will manage material receiving, dispensing, inventory tracking, and ensure strict compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Dispensing & Receipt: Handle day-to-day receipt, sampling coordination, and dispensing of Raw Materials (APIs/Excipients) and Packaging Materials.
- cGMP Compliance: Ensure all warehouse procedures follow cGMP, WHO-GMP, and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Inventory Control: Implement strict FEFO/FIFO guidelines and perform routine stock verification/reconciliation.
- ERP & Documentation: Record real-time material movements in the ERP system and maintain complete, audit-ready logs and batch records.
- Safety & Storage: Maintain designated cleanroom/temperature-controlled storage conditions for sensitive materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry), or a related degree.
- Experience: 2–3 years of store/warehouse experience in a pharma formulation manufacturing facility.
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of cGMP standards and safe chemical/material handling.
- Experience using ERP software (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with material dispensing procedures and documentation.
