Job Title: Cold Calling Executive / Lead Conversion Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential e-customers- convert leads.
· Handle customer queries promptly and provide accurate information
* Engage with customers via WhatsApp chatbot and ensure smooth communication
· Maintain records of calls leads, and follow ups asing basic Excel.
* Work closely with the operation team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
Follow communication scripts and maintain high professionalism during calls.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong lead conversion and persuasive abilities
Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, tracking, updating)
Ability to handle WhatsApp chatbot and coordinate responses.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Customer-focused and problem solving attitude
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales or customer support, operation handling
Any graduate/12th pass with relevant experience
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
