(Remote – Full Time) 30th December 2025

We are looking for a Sales & Client Support professional with 1.5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role working in EST time. The ideal candidate will support clients throughout the order process while building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements :

Relevant experience of 1.5+ years

Full-time availability (EST working hours)

Remote work mode

Age is not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships

Must-Have Skills :

Experience in Sales & Client Support

Ability to support clients with orders, approvals, and timelines

Providing customer support via phone, email, and text

Experience in the promotional products industry (preferred)
