We are looking for a result-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting clients, and achieving monthly sales targets in residential and commercial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for solar installations (residential & commercial)
- Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions, costing, and ROI
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and manage a sales team (if required)
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
- Maintain client relationships and handle negotiations
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups for deal closure
- Track sales pipeline and report daily/weekly progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in solar sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of solar systems and pricing
- Ability to handle field sales and client meetings
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in solar EPC or rooftop solar sales
- Team handling experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
