Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/national sales teams.
- Drive sales of residential, commercial, or luxury real estate projects.
- Monitor sales funnel: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, closures, and post-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer demand.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Negotiate high-value deals and ensure strong conversion rates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations such as Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), legal documentation, and company policies.
- Improve customer experience and retention throughout the buying journey.
