Job Summary
We are seeking experienced QA in the Banking Domain to ensure the quality and reliability of banking applications across mobile platforms. The role involves end-to-end testing of banking features, defect management, backend data validation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

To understand the business requirements in the banking domain specific to Payments, Loans, Deposits, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Core Banking.

Review and understand the Functional specifications.

Prepare test cases for both functional and interface testing across multiple projects ensuring one hundred percent test coverage.

Timely execution of test cases to ensure that the developed application satisfy the stakeholder requirements.

Raise quality issues to ensure minimum defect leakage and track it till closure.

Review User Manuals and Help files prepared for the software.

Understand internal policies and procedures and comply with it.
Mandatory Skills:
-
3 to 5 years of experience in banking domain with expertise in Banking domain across various functionalities as mentioned above.

Should have experience with Mobile Banking, RIB & CIB functions.

Should have a strong penchant for quality and produce high-grade deliverables within the stipulated timeframe.

Solid understanding of SDLC and the Testing life cycle.

Should be enterprising, a self-starter and willing to learn new concepts and product functionality with minimal handholding.

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with internal/cross-functional team members and clients.

Ability to travel as needed.

Ability to work under pressure - quick thinking and remaining calm during stressful situations.
Good to have Skills:

MS SQL, Postman

Experience in test automation
