Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products, either remotely or onsite, while adhering to established operational models and processes. The work encompasses providing hardware and software support, implementing technology solutions at the operating system level across servers and networks, and addressing issues related to specific software vendors or brands. Troubleshooting activities range from basic to intermediate levels, ensuring smooth and reliable system performance throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document and maintain records of support activities and system configurations.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and operational procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Strong understanding of operating system-level support across server and network environments.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels.
- Familiarity with hardware and software support in multi-vendor environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
