We are seeking a versatile and proactive Delivery & Operations Executive to join our team. This is not just a standard "delivery" job—you will be a vital link between our suppliers, our office, and our industrial clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable on the road, handy with logistics, and willing to assist with day-to-day office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Deliveries: Ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods directly to industrial sites and client locations.
Supplier Pickups: Coordinate and collect items from various suppliers, ensuring the quality and quantity match the orders.
Transport Coordination: Handle the booking of items with external transport services and logistics providers for long-distance shipments.
Operational Support: Assist the office team with basic administrative tasks, inventory management, or light warehouse duties as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements & Skills
Driving Proficiency: Must possess a valid driving license. Experience and comfort driving both two-wheelers and three-wheelers is highly preferred.
Geographic Knowledge: Good understanding of local industrial hubs and navigation.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle loading and unloading of items.
Professionalism: You will be the face of the company when meeting clients and suppliers; a polite and professional attitude is essential.
Reliability: Strict adherence to delivery timelines and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial logistics or courier services.
Basic understanding of transport documentation (LRs, delivery notes, and invoices).
Ability to communicate effectively with both office staff and external vendors.
