- Design and execute age-appropriate physical education curriculum that build strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Plan sports events and other physical activity-related assignments for students
- Plan lessons that incorporate exercise-based learning strategies according to the curriculum standard set by the government
- Enforce strict safety protocols during all physical activities and provide basic first aid in the event of minor injuries.
- Develop strict risk-assessment procedures for all sporting activities and travel.
- Help students set and achieve physical health and education goals.
- Provide adequate sports equipment to ensure all students participate in the physical activities and games.
- Coach the right techniques for playing a specific sport and help students learn new skills.
- Appreciate the efforts of each student for their performance and participation and help them perform better.
- Encourage students to participate in city,- state- and national-level sports events
- Help students learn safe techniques while play sports and exercise
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure students get a comprehensive education which balances their mental, physical and emotional requirements
- Develop strict risk-assessment procedures for all sporting activities and travel.
- Maintain emergency first-aid protocols.
- Communicate and collaborate with parents about students' progress and performance, whenever requires.
