- Ensure the safety, protection, and overall well-being of all children in the institution.
- Monitor implementation of child protection policies and standards.
- Maintain children’s individual files and welfare records.
- Coordinate admissions, case follow-ups, and discharge processes.
- Conduct regular counselling and support children’s emotional development.
- Liaise with parents/guardians, authorities, and external agencies when required.
- Monitor staff interaction with children and ensure child-friendly practices.
- Prepare reports and updates for management and statutory requirements.
- Participate in case reviews, care planning, and rehabilitation processes.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Child Development or related field.
- Experience in children’s home/NGO preferred.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
