Job Description – Maintenance Engineer (Plastic Injection Moulding Machines)
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Chakan
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulding
machines.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
Ensure machine availability and reduce downtime through effective
maintenance planning.
Monitor machine performance and implement improvement actions.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare inventory.
Coordinate with production teams for smooth machine operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with plastic injection moulding machine maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, PLCs, electrical panels, and pneumatics.
Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns efficiently.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
