Job Overview
Prerana Motors Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Tata Passenger Vehicles dealership, is looking for energetic and target-driven Car Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a passion for automobile sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through customer enquiries, referrals, field visits, networking, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, Finance, Insurance, and Exchange options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Accessories, RTO, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Participate in dealership promotional activities and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Sales Executive: 1–3 years of experience
- Senior Sales Executive: 3–5 years of experience
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in 4-Wheeler Automobile / New Car Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile products and sales processes.
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Candidates willing to work on weekends and during month-end business requirements are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Hike on current/previous CTC, based on experience, previous CTC, interview performance, skills, and overall profile.

Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in Tata Passenger Vehicles or reputed 4-Wheeler Automobile Dealerships will be preferred.
