Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to identify, visit, and onboard residential and commercial properties for listing on our platform. The candidate will coordinate with property owners, collect property details, capture photos/videos, and ensure accurate listing information.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different locations to identify available properties for sale or rent
- Meet property owners, brokers, and builders for property onboarding
- Collect complete property details including pricing, location, amenities, and ownership information
- Take property photos/videos and upload them to the system
- Create and manage property listings on the company platform
- Verify property information and documents
- Maintain regular follow-up with property owners
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team
- Achieve monthly property listing targets
- Prepare daily field visit and listing reports
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic smartphone and computer handling knowledge
- Ability to travel locally for field visits
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
- Time management and reporting skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Having a bike and valid driving license is preferred
Experience
- 0–3 years in real estate, field sales, or property listing roles preferred
