Position: HR RecruiterJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for connecting top talent with leading organizations in the Architecture and Interior Design industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain a strong database of architects, interior designers, project managers, site supervisors, business development professionals, and related profiles.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
- Follow up with clients regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate offer negotiations and joining formalities.
Candidate Management
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Regularly follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and coordination abilities.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, or related industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
