Job Summary
The PPIC Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production and inventory activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely product availability. The role involves production scheduling, inventory monitoring, material planning, coordination with departments, and maintaining production records as per company procedures.
Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production department for smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor production schedules and target achievement.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor raw material, packing material, and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse departments for material availability.
- Track material consumption and reconciliation.
3. Material Requirement Planning
- Plan material requirements based on production schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of raw and packing materials.
- Follow up with suppliers and purchase team for pending materials.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production planning records and inventory reports.
- Prepare MIS reports, production status reports, and stock reports.
- Ensure proper ERP/system entries and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain dispatch and production tracking records.
5. Coordination Activities
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Support timely dispatch planning and order execution.
- Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to concerned teams.
- Assist during audits and documentation reviews.
6. Process Monitoring
- Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments.
- Support continuous improvement activities in planning and inventory control.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
