We are looking for a Network Engineer L2 to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
* Resolve L2/L3 network incidents within defined SLAs.
* Perform network performance monitoring and optimization.
* Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity.
* Work with ISP vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
* Maintain network documentation and implement change requests.
* Participate in on-call support as required.
Required Skills:
* 2–5 years of experience in network administration.
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
* Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking devices.
* Experience with firewall and VPN configuration.
* Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are preferred.
