Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with CRM-generated leads through calls, chats, and emails to identify potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present the company's copy trading solutions.
- Generate interest in the services, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and guide clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Tele-Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
