About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to own and scale our paid acquisition on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You'll be the single point of responsibility for strategy, execution, and optimization, no hand-holding required. If you thrive on data, move fast, and know how to turn ad spend into measurable growth, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end Meta ad campaigns: audience research, campaign structure, ad creation, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROAS/CPA performance while scaling spend.
- Test creatives: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests.
- Analyze performance daily: Translate data into actionable insights and clear reports for leadership.
- Own the funnel: work closely with product, sales, or growth teams to align campaigns with business goals and conversion events.
- Stay current on Meta's evolving ad ecosystem, algorithm changes, privacy updates, and emerging best practices.
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and pixel/Conversions API issues independently.
