We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly.
- Convert leads into admissions/sales.
- Maintain call records, lead details, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
