About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, UI implementation, and AI-assisted development. You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to build responsive, visually appealing, and high-performance web applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Vue.js.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web pages.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components.
- Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, AI-assisted development trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Front-End Development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Vue.js.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Above-average proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Strong debugging skills with experience using browser developer tools.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve development productivity.
AI Skills
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Write effective prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Use AI to generate and optimize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js code.
- Debug and troubleshoot code using AI-assisted development tools.
- Improve UI/UX implementation through AI-generated suggestions.
- Generate technical documentation and code explanations using AI.
- Validate, review, and refine AI-generated code to ensure production-quality standards.
Added Advantage
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with WordPress, including page builders and basic theme customization.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
