Job Description
Role Purpose
The Band 4D Growth / Strategy / Special PODs team member will support high-priority strategic initiatives across Advisory by driving growth programs, conducting strategic analysis, and enabling execution of cross-functional PODs. The role will work closely with business, finance, delivery, and sales teams to advance initiatives that accelerate Advisory growth, improve strategic positioning, and solve business-critical challenges. This role also handles high-visibility, fast-turnaround, and ad-hoc leadership requests requiring strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Agenda & Adoption
- Support the execution of Advisory’s AI agenda by coordinating the adoption and implementation of AI capabilities, including Copilot, Gemini, and related tools, across GTM, solutioning, and delivery workflows.
- Coordinate AI adoption across key workflows, including proposal development, solution design, knowledge management, and delivery, and support teams in implementing identified use cases.
- Support implementation of AI governance and standards, including maintaining documentation, tracking compliance requirements, and helping ensure adherence to defined quality, risk, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Maintain AI-related knowledge repositories and best-practice materials, ensuring use cases, assets, guidance, and learnings are captured and accessible to relevant Advisory teams.
2. Strategy Execution & Growth Enablement
- Support execution of Advisory’s growth strategy through structured initiatives
- Conduct strategic analysis, problem-solving, and opportunity assessments to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop insights, presentations, and business cases that inform prioritization of growth levers.
- Track progress of strategic programs, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
3. Cross-Functional POD Management
- Support R&D POD planning and tracking of outcomes.
- Ensure R&D POD frameworks, templates, and reporting standards are followed consistently.
4. Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives
- Execute critical, time-sensitive projects/Adhoc initiatives directly sponsored by Advisory leadership.
- Handle ad-hoc executive asks with high-quality, fast turnaround.
5. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis relevant to growth programs and POD performance.
- Convert data into insights that drive action for leadership teams.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Band 3 PODs Lead, Advisory LT, Growth Ops and Finance groups.
- Ensure strong communication, alignment, and coordination.
- Support leadership forums with updates, decks, and insights. -
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years’ experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, transformation, PMO, or analytics roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to structure unstructured business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort with data analysis or BI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines with high ownership.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, permanent role.
- This role is located in India.
- This role follows a hybrid working model, blending home-based work with a minimum of 4 day per quarter in the office (to be confirmed based on primary location and business need). Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
