Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and services based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for query resolution and follow-ups.
- Assign qualified leads to branches/departments for further processing.
- Create and manage customer WhatsApp groups for project communication and updates.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Manage email and social media communications related to updates and offers.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
