Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales staff with customer interaction, product presentations and sales strategies.
- Learn the intricacies of our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements and pricing.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clientele, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay informed about current jewellery trends, competitor activity and market demands.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to sales strategies.
- Assist with sales reports, MIS and data analysis.
- Monitoring & streamlining store operations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for the jewellery industry.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to building rapport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
