Job Summary
The Production Helper is responsible for assisting the production team in carrying out manufacturing, assembly, packaging, material handling, and housekeeping activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment as per SOPs
- Maintain GMP, cGMP, and safety compliance during production operations
- Perform equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and batch timings, cleaning records, disinfectant records.
- Maintain production logbooks, BMRs, and documentation.
- Ensure proper material handling and line clearance activities.
- Follow shift schedules and production targets.
- perform in process quality checks during manufacturing.
Experience : Production Helper– up to 2 years
Production – Fresher
EDUCATION REQUIRED :Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass/ITI Fitter
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, packaging, or warehouse environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹172,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
