Job Summary
The Production Helper is responsible for assisting the production team in carrying out manufacturing, assembly, packaging, material handling, and housekeeping activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist production operators in manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Handle raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods as per instructions.
- Support machine setup, cleaning, and routine production activities.
- Perform loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the production area.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and inspection of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area as per GMP requirements.
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any equipment malfunction, material damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste materials.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities when required.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and company policies.
Experience : Production Helper– up to 2 years
Production – Fresher
EDUCATION REQUIRED :Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, packaging, or warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹172,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
