To supervise day-to-day construction activities at site for assigned work areas in residential projects, ensuring work execution as per instructions, drawings explained by engineers, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
Supervise daily site activities related to civil, finishing, and allied construction works.
Ensure that work is carried out as per instructions received from engineers and project seniors.
Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship during execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and other labor teams.
Monitor daily manpower deployment, material usage, and availability of tools and equipment.
Follow up for timely availability of required materials at site.
Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage at site.
Maintain daily work progress records and report work status to seniors.
Inform seniors immediately about delays, quality issues, shortage of manpower/materials, or site difficulties.
Assist engineers in taking measurements and checking completed work.
Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works as per instructions.
Coordinate with MEP, plumbing, electrical, and other site teams to avoid rework and clashes.
Ensure safety practices, housekeeping, and labor discipline at site.
Attend site coordination meetings as required and implement instructions given by management.
