Position: IT Support Engineer / System & Network Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage hardware, networking, and system administration tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of systems, servers, and network devices.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Hardware & Infrastructure Management
· Perform crimping and punching for LAN cable setup and maintenance.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room devices.
· Ensure proper functioning of IT hardware and peripherals.
2. Networking & IP Management
· Configure and manage DNS,
· Must Know DSCP, TCP/IP, and OSI model-based networking.
· Assign and manage Static and Dynamic IP addresses.
· Maintain knowledge of IP classes (A, B, C, D, E) and private IP ranges.
3. System Administration (Windows Environment)
· Install and configure Windows OS.
· Perform user creation, deletion, and password reset in Windows Server.
· Manage system access and login configurations.
· Handle network mapping and shared folder creation as per user roles.
4. Security & Access Control
· Install and manage antivirus software across systems.
· Handle password resetting and user account security.
· Manage USB (USP) access – unlocking and blocking as per policies.
5. Email & Office 365 Administration
· Must know how to take backup of User data.
· Manage Office 365 portal (user creation, deletion, password management).
· Ensure professional email communication standards.
6. Backup & Data Management
· Execute and monitor regular data backup processes.
· Ensure data recovery procedures are in place and tested.
7. Server & File Management
· Create and manage server folders based on user access requirements.
· Ensure proper permissions and security for shared resources.
8. Conference Room IT Support
· Manage and troubleshoot conference room devices (projectors, video conferencing systems, etc.).
· Provide support during meetings and presentations.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, OSI Model)
· Experience with Active Directory
· Must know office 365 Administration
· Hardware troubleshooting and Software troubleshooting
· Good communication skills (email and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
· Certifications like CCNA, MCSA (optional but preferred)
· 1–3 years of relevant experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
