Responsibilities
- Managing the flow of inbound leads.
- Qualifying leads
- Scheduling product demos
- Helping prospects with PoCs
- Acting as an intermediary between the prospect and internal tech/product teams
- Preparing proposals
- Following up and converting leads as customers
- Post-purchase, ensuring that the customer moves to production without any issues
- Meticulous with CRM maintenance
- Ensuring an overall professional sales experience, thereby winning the trust of customers

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software sales and account management.
