F&B Associate – Job Description
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
- Assist with restaurant, banquet, and buffet setup and operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.
- Handle guest requests professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Team player with willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous F&B experience will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum fresher, maximum 1-2 yrs of experince in F & B Service department .
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
