Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee and manage daily production activities. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure dispatch targets are met efficiently, product quality is maintained, and hygiene standards are strictly followed. The candidate should be capable of leading a team of workers.
Key Responsibilities
Production
- Plan production activities to ensure that stated dispatch targets are accomplished.
- Ensure production is completed within targeted man-days.
- Ensure effective utilization of equipment as per SOPs and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Report material consumption on time with accuracy.
Quality
- Ensure product is produced strictly as per formulation.
- Maintain zero contamination in finished goods (FG).
- Ensure all bags/drums are correctly packed and labeled with product name and weight.
Unit Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Ensure working areas are cleaned intermittently during the day.
- Ensure machines are cleaned at the end of the day (EOD) as per cleaning guidelines.
Leadership
- Ensure labor is adequately trained and delivers output as per defined targets.
- Foster camaraderie, collaboration, and teamwork with contractors and labor at the unit.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
