Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support cum Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and reach out to prospective clients, and deliver product demos to showcase features and benefits.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and chat.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure closure and retention.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-1 year experience in Customer Support / Sales.
- Mandatory language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
