Export Sales Manager
We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves expanding international business, acquiring new overseas clients and distributors, building long-term business relationships, and achieving export sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international markets, generating export business opportunities, managing overseas clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance), along with performance-based incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new export business opportunities across international markets.
- Acquire and manage distributors, importers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through online portals, market research, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products to international clients.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, packaging, export documentation, and timely dispatch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field, with 3–6 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential. Candidates should have knowledge of export documentation, international trade practices, distributor management, and overseas client handling. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, sales reporting, and export sales processes will be an added advantage. Experience in FMCG, Ayurveda, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related industries is preferred.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
