Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Head for our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for complete production operations, production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and achieving production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete production activities and shop floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and customer requirements.
Knowledge about PPC (Production Planning & Control) and Production Planning.
Strong knowledge of Press Shop, Laser Cutting, Bending, and Welding process is a must.
Monitor productivity, quality, and process improvements.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
Implement production strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Handle manpower planning, shift management, and team coordination.
Ensure safety standards and discipline on the shop floor.
Maintain production MIS reports and documentation.
Support new development and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PPC and Production Planning.
Excellent knowledge of Press Shop, Laser, Bending, and Welding process.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production Engineering
Experience:
8 to 15 Years (Preferred in Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry)
