ERPNext Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and support ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, ERPNext customization, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
- Create custom applications, DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and print formats.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Write efficient server-side scripts using Python and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Customize HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Projects, Manufacturing, and other ERPNext modules.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Perform data migration, import/export, and database optimization.
- Manage ERPNext version upgrades while ensuring compatibility of custom developments.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices.
- Provide technical support and user training when required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja.
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL.
- Knowledge of REST API development and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of Linux server environments and ERPNext deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of ERPNetT development experience.
- Knowledge of business workflows across HR, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting is preferred.
